This course will allow you to observe that analysing human performance is the first step toward making a poor performance better and a good performance best. You will be introduced to the fundamentals of technology, and the three types of analysis.

    • Human Performance Technology

    • Human Performance Improvement

  • Examination of three types of Analysis:

    • Performance analysis

    • Gap and cause analysis

    • Training Analysis

  • Conduct a needs analysis of a human performance problem

    • Define performance

    • Identify factors that affect human performance

    • Analyze and organizational need

    • Identify a performance gap by comparing actual performance to desired performance

  • Completion of Performance Analysis based on a case study
