This Design Project Plan will provide a definition of the project, its goals and the process involved in the designing of a Digital Gradebook[1] and provide validation for a training session for the use of the Digital Gradebook at the Vide Bouteille Primary School.  This school caters to upwards of 450 students and is managed by a staff of 28.  The creation of this Gradebook arose from three sources 

• The Ministry of Education (MOE) is on a drive to get all schools on the island to keep and manage better records that can easily be accessed and shared.

• The school has taken the initiative to digitize its record management system.

• After the execution of a needs assessment, the creation of a digital Gradebook was revealed as the most important.
