This course will allow you to create a project plan, and a proposal for changes to the course book.

Description:

• Identify unique risks and potential resolutions for a project (Push Pop Press is seeking to create the Next Generation of Digital Books)

• Outline a project

• Creation of a plan to execute the project as described:

• Outline of the main details of the project including contingencies and risks.

• Creation of a project charter

• Creation of a scope management plan,

• Creation of a time, risk, cost, communication, stakeholder, and human resource management plan.

• Identifiying a part of the prescribed textbook and propose a revision to the information.

• Creation of proposal on why the information should be changed.

• Creation of a participation report
